I believe that all Men are called to live Fit, Healthy, and Fulfilled lives with their families. That is why I started the Dad's Making A Difference, or DMD for short. The DMD equips fathers with the skills, practices, and accountability necessary to become active leaders, communicators, and participants in the lives of their families, and in the community around them.
I am committed to the vision of engaging men in their personal and professional development through a foundation of personal growth and accountability. The DMD challenges men to create a shared vision for their family and leads them in effectively mastering the 4 pillars of fatherhood: Family, Fitness, Faith, and Finance.
I am have been married to my amazing wife Kim since 2011 (but started dating in 2003!)…and I am father to 2 amazing children. Professionally, I have been a professional educator, a trusted leadership advisor to online coaches and entrepreneurs, creator of Fight the Dad Bod, and leader of the Dads Making A Difference Mastermind.

The Discovery Call is a no-pressure conversation where we’ll discuss your goals, current challenges, and what you’re hoping to achieve. It’s an opportunity for you to learn more about the program and see if it’s the right fit for you.
How much time do I need to commit each week?
On average, you’ll need about 2–3 hours per week for coaching sessions, exercises, and implementing the strategies we discuss. The goal is to create sustainable habits that fit seamlessly into your busy life.
Is this program only focused on physical fitness?
No! While physical health is an important part of Peak 1, this program also focuses on mindset, relationships, time management, leadership, and legacy. It’s a holistic approach to help you thrive in every area of your life.
